Patrick and Melanie are passionate designers and builders. They can see your home from a different perspective. They can see beyond what exists to what will be. Both Melanie and Patrick are dedicated to functional space planning and excel at helping visualize your home’s potential while caring about all the details in between. They will capture your family’s unique needs and way of life to craft a home perfectly designed and curated for you.

Meet The Towles

Melanie and Patrick Towle, Owners

Since she was little, Melanie has critiqued bathrooms wherever she goes. Her family always called her the ‘little bathroom designer.’ Patrick has been in construction full time since 1996 and partnered to create and manage a Fort Worth high-end construction company in 2005. In 2014, friends approached Patrick to help with a smaller master bathroom project at their home. It wasn’t the right fit for Patrick’s firm, so he suggested that Melanie do the job and that he would teach her the process. With her passion for interior design and care for each client and the details, Melanie grew from remodeling kitchens and baths to whole home interior and exterior reconfigurations, additions, and renovations, creating a turnkey construction and design experience and founding ELEVATE Design | Build, Inc. in 2018.

During the Covid-19 shutdown in 2020, Patrick joined the ELEVATE team, having sold out of his company a few years before. Patrick was born and raised in San Francisco. His mother was a licensed interior designer and Patrick shadowed her as the youngest of three. His passion for architecture and design are innate, with a keen eye for design and a desire to build things with longevity in mind. Patrick is also passionate about family and has spent the last 15 years with his boys outdoors with scouts, skiing with his family, and you might find him climbing the mountains on a Jeep Jamboree. Melanie also loves to spend time with her family, ski, run, and travel. Since they met in 1987, it has been Melanie’s dream to work side by side with her husband, Patrick, who shares her passion for architecture and design.
